We compute these indicators every night from active listings on BaytAlsham. Prices are in US dollars per square metre. Rent is the monthly equivalent (yearly rent divided by 12); daily and weekly rentals are not included.
We show the median when at least 10 listings are available; otherwise we show “—”.
